At The Player’s Cut, we know the reality of chasing a professional sports career because we’ve lived it.

I’ve played in the minor league hockey system and seen firsthand what it’s like to fight for a dream while earning little money. I’ve watched teammates, friends, and competitors give everything they had on the ice, only to walk away early, not because of lack of talent, but because of financial struggles.

And it’s not just hockey. Across minor league systems in baseball, basketball, and other sports, athletes face the same uphill battle: low pay, high costs, and constant uncertainty.

We started The Player’s Cut to change that.

Our mission is simple:
• Give athletes a way to earn stable income without sacrificing training or playing time.
• Help them stay focused on their sport, not their bills.
• Provide companies with hardworking, disciplined, and motivated people who bring the same dedication off the field as they do on it.
